Camp Lions Helen Keller Adult Program is preparing for the summer of 2009. Below is a link to a generalized description of the program activities, location, and eligibilty guidelines.

Helen Keller Attending Personal Assistant/ SSP forms
These forms are required to be completed by Helen Keller campers who will have an assistant(SSP) attend with them for their personal care. Campers who routinely use an SSP at home should arrange for one to attend with them as Camp Helen Keller staff DO NOT provide personal care or one: one daily living assistance.

2009 forms for SSP's available will be available in February

LIF Recycling Programs Donation Card

May also be used for keys, cell phones, pull tabs, and any other recycle donation
