Adopt-A-Camper - It is never too early to consider "adopting" a camper to attend Camp Lions!
This link will explain how anyone, or Club, can help donate to sponsor a camper. Help bring new friends, skills,
and joy to a blind or deaf child by adopting them to attend Camp Lions of Illinois.
Camp Lions Helen Keller - Adult Program for Blind and Deaf
This year's session will be held June 24 -30, 2012 at Camp Duncan, 32405 North Hwy. 12, Ingleside, Illinois.

2012 Helen Keller Adult Camp Personal Assistant (PA) / Visual Guide forms -

Helen Keller Adult D/B campers are highly recommended to bring a Personal Assistant(PA) / Visual Guide to assist with daily living care. Camp Staff/Counselors do not provide 1:1 personal care.
These forms are required to be submitted by Helen Keller campers who will have a Personal Assistant (PA) / Visual Guide to attend with them for their personal care. Campers who routinely use a Personal Assistant (or facility staff, relative, friend,) to help perform daily living skills/tasks should arrange for one to attend with them as Camp Helen Keller Staff / Counselors DO NOT provide personal care or one to one daily living assistance.

Annual Illinois Lions Walk for Sight-2012-
2012 Dates & locations to be announced. Please check back!
Get up and get walking to prevent blindness with our Lions of Illinois "Walk for Sight". The walk generates funding for visual services and programs for people in Illinois. The walk also can raise up to 40% of pledges collected by any non-profit organization for humanitarian services in their communities.
John Deere Golf Classic & the Birdies for Charities - 2012 forms not yet released.
Here is an easy, fun program to raise funds for the many services & programs of the LIF. plus it is chance to win great prizes for yourself, maybe even a spot to swing with the pros! Look for 2012 forms as soon as available through the Birdies for Charity program.
