Mobile Hearing Bus Schedule for 2012

Hearing Bus A and Bus B 2012 - Schedule displays the month, and bus, that will be available

for Club Screenings by District. Please read carefully the instructions following the calendar.

Hearing Bus A will serve the Districts marked in Red ; Hearing Bus B will serve the Districts
marked in Black. All dates are the same for both Bus schedules.

* Lions Clubs must sponsor these events. If requests are mae from nursing homes, businesses, etc.,

we will refer them to go through the nearest club. That club will be notified to coordinate the event

with Lions volunteers.

* Special Events or Health Fair dates for your particular counties, towns, or local festivals are

encouraged. These are excellent gathering places for Vision or Hearing Screenings. We encourage

giving us these dates as far in advance as possible so that we may accommodate these events.

* AFTER THE FINAL DATE FOR SCHEDULING, NO GUARANTEE WILL BE MADE FOR ACCOMMODATION.

* Non-responsive notices will be sent to Governors, Trustees, & District Chairmen on the day indicated above.

* Please make it clear to your clubs that if they do not have the confirmation form into the office

two weeks prior to the date they have been scheduled, we will consider their screening cancelled.

* CLUBS IN SCHEDULED DISTRICT HAVE PRIORITY OVER OTHER REQUESTS.
